Language school Maestro Mío

I had two great weeks and learnd a lot (4 hrs group and one hour individual). The teachers were not only extremely nice but also very good supporting my efforts learning Spanish. Was as well in a very nice group with cool students.

I had one spanish course for a week and I enjoyed it a lot. The teachers are very good and they make learning a new language something fun to do. The course helped me to get some basic spanish knowledge and understand better how the language works. Thank you!

MaestroMío school was incredible! The teachers made the experience so enjoyable and the people in the class were all lovely. i have made friends for life and i hope to come back soon!

It’s a really nice school if you spend some days in Malaga. The city trip with Mateo was amazing and I also liked the classes with Lucía and Jose

I really enjoyed my time in Maestro Mio!The teachers are amazing, the classes are well organized and I learned a lot! The school is located in the city centre, very close to main attractions of Malaga such as el Mercado Central, la Catedral and famous tapas bars and cafes. I recommend it to everyone who wants to study Spanish in Malaga ;)

This was my second year attending the school and I was really happy to be back! Perfect location in the centre of Málaga. Friendly reception staff and they request feedback on how things are going. I was in a small class so our grammar and conversation classes were tailored to our requirements as intermediate /high intermediate learners. The positives for me of this school is the experience of the teachers, and the opportunity to practice using the grammar in conversation during the grammer classes. It didn't feel like a treadmill of learning grammar for 2 hours which can sometimes happen. We also talked about the culture and history of Spain and Málaga which enhanced our learning and understanding, and helped me better enjoy my time in Málaga. Thank you everyone at the school and a massive thank you to Lorenzo and Pablo. See you next year!!!

I’ve organised a school trip with MaestroMio, they were very accomodation in advance and while there the pupils had fun in their classes and our ‘monitor’ Mateo was the best! He made all outings very interesting as he is a walking encyclopaedia, he has so much historical knowledge and a perfect English. Thank you all very much for such a smooth and enjoyable trip!

I took one week of Spanish classes to start my learning journey. It was an excellent experience. The teachers are amazing! Friendly and fun and they make the time pass very quickly so that you almost forget you are working hard learning a new language. The program is very well organized and makes perfect sense. It is exactly what I needed. I will definitely continue my learning here. Pedro and Novelia are the best teachers.👌

I absolutely love this school. The classes are very conversational which keeps everything interesting. All the teachers are brilliant too. I'd highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn or improve their Spanish.

This was my fifth time at the school and the first at the new location. I was there before COVID in 2019 for the first time at the A1 level and also during the late stages of the pandemic. This time in Sept-Oct 2023 I attended the school for two weeks at the B1.2 level. This was perhaps the best experience along with the first time in 2019. I was very pleased to get Prof Lorenzo again for a week this time - he was there the first time I attended the school. He is fantastic and in addition to the rigor with which he teaches his classes he has an excellent knowledge of Spain and Andulucia. I also had three new teachers and the school has done a great job of recruiting young motivated and committed teachers. There were a few older students like me which was heartening to see but the age difference in the classes otherwise did not make difference. It was a really goood experience experience
